GO HERE! First Rate Operation! The counter staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service, communication and overall experience. Upon completion of my install the tech took time to explain operations completely and took time to answer any questions.

On our way to a fishing tournament in Ocean City MD and we had some trailer issues.
Jason and the other staff members were extremely knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with and got us what we needed to get back on the read again.

Made an appointment to have a new hitch installed on my minivan. People were super nice and installation was done within 1.5 hours. Saved ourselves the 3% surcharge by paying by check versus credit card.

There's a big sign in the store that says customers are the MVPs and I admit most staff is nice but only three customers at a time can be helped. With camping being popular I would think the RV supply side should be beefed up to carry more products and a self help section.

Our experience with Portsmouth trailer supply was above and beyond outstanding! Their service and commitment to us went above and beyond all expectations. We had an emergency with our hitch assembly while hauling a horse trailer. When we called, they told us to come right in and the shop immediately took a look at the problem to assess the situation. Their service department again went above and beyond in their attempts to locate a hitch assembly for us. We were so appreciative of their kindness and prompt service! A huge thank you Goes out to each and everyone of them for taking such good care

The ladies there know what they are talking about. I called looking for a Toyota wiring setup for a trailer and she sat it on the counter for me to come pick up. It fit perfectly. Hands down, the best trailer supply Ive come across!
