Our Salesman- George was very knowledgeable about his available inventory and explaining the features of each to us. He was patient and gave us the time we needed to view what was available at our own pace and return when we were ready to purchase. The title process was a breeze as well. Saves a trip to DMV when you purchase from an in state dealer.

Yall, this is THE place to buy your RV! John was our salesman and he was the BEST! Never pressured us, always made himself available, and made the whole experience great and relaxed. Everyone we worked with, from finance to accessories, was incredibly knowledgeable and frank with us. We never felt like we were being sold on something we didn't need.

TAC RV really has their stuff together. They truly are an one stop shop to cover any area for whatever area of service you need. I was in and out of the office within an hour with the purchase of a 2022 trailer. All paperwork completed and will be back in a few days to pick it up. Very impressed to be around a group people that know how to work together as a team to get the job done. AND THEY GET IT DONE !!!!

We bought our first RV- an Intech Pursue- from John, and we couldn't be happier. My husband originally came to look at a different small trailer, and John was helpful and informative without being the slightest bit pushy.

Everything was great with dealing with TAC RV until the end. They weren't pushy like other dealers.
The problem was--My husband and I applied for financing together. They came back with good terms and told us we had good credit. But...they set up financing in only my husband's name without informing either of us and we found out when we got to the end of the deal. The finance guy said that Ian (our sales person) was supposed to talk about it with us. According to him it's harder to get approved with self employment and self employed applicants need to provide more documentation

Our salesman, John Burton, is the man! He went above and beyond to do things for us that he didn't have too. He was patient and answered all questions we had before, during, and after our purchase ( I had a LOT of them). We've owned campers before, but this is our first brand new purchase. Dana Overman was great throughout the whole financing process. John (#2) showed us everything we needed to know on how things worked. Not once were we pressured during this entire process. The entire team made this purchase a breeze. We can't thank them enough. They were great!

I enjoyed most of my experience with TAC RV-my salesman John Burton was excellent, my RV layout was great, our tour guide was informative, and my finance person was professional. My camper was dirty-loose wood and sawdust in cabinets and on the floor. The front door is still very difficult to lock and stay closed, and the front windows leak. I would recommend John to anybody I know looking for a camper.

The center is 3 hours away from my home and I had tons of questions before the trip to pick up our rig. Every time I called they treated me in the same Profesional way.
