Kenneth C. Stevens, Jr. - Soil Scientist/Environmental Planner Mr. Stevens founded the firm in 1978. From 1957 through 1969, Mr. Stevens worked as a Soil Scientist for the USDA, Soil Conservation Service, now known as the Natural Resources Conservation Service. During that period he mapped soils throughout Connecticut.
