Fortunately, for most, this is a once in a lifetime event. The team at Bay Area Clean Care has been helping their community recover from fire, smoke and soot damage for over 30 years.
Class 1 Loss: All structural materials will be dry within three (3) days. If the drying process exceeds three (3) days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.* Class 2 & 3 Losses: All structural materials will be dry within five (5) days. If the drying process exceeds five (5) days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.*

The most common sources of moisture that lead to mold growth are water damage that was restored improperly, leaky pipes, damaged roofs, doors or windows. High humidity from certain building designs can also result in a mold issue.
