After my husband explained that we had a sewage leak in the crawl space in one area, the guy on the phone gave my husband a quote to do the entire job. When they came out, they had Lisa call my husband to get payment, then they said they cleaned up the sewage. When A-1 came out to fix the pipe, they said there was still sewage in the crawl so A-1 had to use there own plastic to repair the pipe as there was still sewage waste there. Then Emergency Restoration had someone else call us to say they wanted to send an estimator out on Monday to give another

My number 1 recommendation for mold remediation! They visited our home only a few days after we called them and immediately got to work! ERS was the most helpful of the 10 water damage/restoration and environmental hygienist companies I called in the area. I was told I had a mold problem because my sinuses were inflamed due to allergies. Donna was knowledgeable of the insurance process if I needed to make a claim. And huge thanks to Ryan who actually found what was causing me problems. Three things that separate them from the rest: 1. ERS is the only company who did mold restoration AND testing 2. They tore up more flooring than what was damaged. Way further than we had previously discussed. Under the flooring they tore up they found black adhesive that contained non-friable asbestos and they stopped all work. I wasn't home at the time and my wife paid them before services were fully complete.
They didn't board up the area and left all their gear for days before picking it up. It was difficult to get in contact with them to find out what was going on.
I had to replace over 50% more flooring than I expected. Most of the flooring torn up had no water damage. There were no pictures provided
