I called them with lots of questions and they were patient and answered everything with no problem. When they delivered the big wave they were super friendly and speedy. While it did end up raining, we still had a blast when the rain stopped or was super light. When they came to pick it up they were again super friendly and speedy. I felt bad because it started raining again while they were trying to pack up. I highly recommend them, and if I get one again I will be certain to give them a call. Also if they miss your call they call you back so quickly. They are absolutely amazing.

Omg rudest lady ever answered phone 10/14/18 around 3:50 pm. Wasn’t professional at all. I was needing prices for tables and chairs for my wedding for 200 people. She made me feel like I was unconvincing her asking the price she mentioned three times prices are online then I told her how that made me feel and she hung up on me. Even if this place was the cheapest place ever I would never rent from them I have enough stress figuring my wedding out to deal with that

Good morning Ms. Desiree. Sorry for the delayed response. I want to personally apologize for the way you felt while I (Paris) was talking to you. I was in the field working and I lost reception. I was attempting to look online while working in the field. I have not learned all the pricing on tables I put you on speaker phone while I was on website. I didn’t refer you to go to the website I needed you to hold. So that I can look up pricing while on the phone with you. At that time I was in Newalla OK I did not have service I hate that I made your experience with Thunder Bounce anything less of
