The staff was helpful. However, I rented rolling indoor scaffolding. When I got home, two wheels had broken locks, and one did not have a lock. I made it work and informed them when I returned it. All four wheels went in the box to be rented again.

The person who checked me out at the counter was fast and efficient, which was appreciated. The guy individual who hooked up the trailer, loaded the equipment and showed me how it worked was also quick but thorough. The equipment worked great.

I went in to get a post hole auger, I talked to the guy and discussed what I was doing, he told me what I needed so I signed all the paperwork and we went outside to get the trailer hooked up and then he proceeded to show me how to operate the auger, the auger was different than what I was anticipating, it was too big for what I needed, he said no problem, he had a different smaller auger, we swapped it out and redid the paperwork and away I went, very helpful guy, I don’t remember his name, sorry “guy”.

I rented their standup bucket loader and trailer. The price was good, the guys were great and the process of picking it up on Friday afternoon and dropping it off on Monday morning was east. I’ll for sure be using them again!

Rented concrete mixing machine on Saturday. Counter guy was a little bit difficult but the yard guy was fantastic helped all he could. Equipment worked good friendly staff I would recommend using them.
