Allay Medical Care

I called and left a message to speak to my doctor for an emergency and the desk secretary was so nasty she yelled and then hung the phone up on me when I was trying to just leave a message to get a referral number. She also didn’t want to give me the location or telephone number to a doctor my doctor had referred me to. I liked one of the doctors at this location but the quality of the office is in poor condition and who wants to waste time when your first interaction upon arrival has to be with a nasty person. NEVER COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE UNPROFESSIONAL!

I went here for Sculpsure treatment with Vera and had a great experience. Well...as good as can be when doing Sculpsure because...it hurts!! Don't waste your time getting it elsewhere! Vera knows what she's doing and gets you through the session by implementing techniques like using ice (and also telling great stories). Don't laugh, it helps a lot! It was a much more positive experience than my first Sculpsure treatment elsewhere. I have seen some positive changes in the treated area and plan to wait a full 12 weeks before going back.

Great location, and i love the service. Dr. Mittelman staff is very hand on on and helpful. This is my 4th year with the Allay medical and i cant praise it enough.

I've been a patient of MD Mitleman for about a year and I am very happy with this doctor's performance. I have a serious illness and I have found her to be not only very intelligent but caring and patient. Contrary to past experience, I never feel rushed; she takes extremely detailed notes of my condition and the numerous medications I'm on to make sure they are compatible. Her office is technologically up to date. That means I can easily access all my medical records through a digital portal and can make them available the other members of my medical team, instead of having to treck

DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst dr. visit I've *ever* had - a bizzarre and rattling experience. While asking about my symptoms, the nurse practitioner asked me if I had come in looking for Adderall. I've never had a nurse / doctor assume I was coming in seeking drugs v. looking to get better. I was shocked.

Once I told her "no" she seemed embarrassed and apologized throughout our discussion. On top of this, the nurse had a terrible attitude and no bedside manner (she actually got annoyed at me for swabbing my cheek v. my nose). I was so uncomfortable I stopped the visit

Dr. Mitelman is fantastic, very thorough, and the Nurse Practitioners on staff are also extremely competent. I've had a lot of interaction with them all over the past couple of months while following up on a minor health concern and they've all been diligent, thoughtful and helpful. I took one star off because the receptionist really seems out of her mind - very sweet, but very confused by just about every request (don't even try calling, she will have no idea what to do with you). Dr Nagi is actually a great doctor.
But her staff and organization is terrible.
They are always late, their offices are disgusting, and the staff is just super UN-professional.
I wasted more than two hours for a simple check-up and blood work.
Would definitely not recommend.

Worst experience with a doctor's office. I stayed with Dr. Mitelman for 2 years and that was 2 years too long. I take four maintenance medications and trying to get refills is the worst. My pharmacy will call for authorization and they never call them back. So I end up calling the doctor's office most of the time. Then they insist that I come into the office in order to get my prescription refilled. Also, I agree with some of the other reviewers that the wait times are ridiculous. This office has no idea what they are doing - or maybe they do but it's not with a good motive. I got a thousand tests laid out for me even though I asked for something else. I'd rather self diagnose than come here next time. This place needs a relook and an attitude check.

I don't normally care about leaving reviews but had to leave the feedback for Dr Mitelman on yelp. Our family doctor recently joined a bigger practice and moved to the other side of the town so I decided to try a new doctor in the neighborhood. I booked the appointment through zocdoc. I LOVE dr. Nagi. really. Her and her nurses are SO awesome. So sweet, so accommodating, and I always feel comfortable.
The wait times are UNFATHOMABLE! Every time I go to the office, I wait over an hour in the waiting room. I am never out of there in less than 2 hours... I just came from there for simple blood work and a refill of a rx. I was there 3 hours. In the middle of the day, the office seems empty, and I'm in the middle of my own job! It's rude. I want them to fix it so i dont have to change doctors! I've built a relationship with the dr, and no one wants to change doctors

Have had the most awful experience trying to deal with this office. Dr. Nagi is wonderful, but the office staff are horrendous.

The staff keeps losing my paperwork, (and since they are medical documents, I would really like to know where they vanished to and who is looking at them now) and I have to call or fax things multiple times if I want anything to get done. Huge wait times too.

I'm also having an issue with my insurance and billing from this office. The insurance company has been enormously helpful in identifying and helping to fix the problem. Allay Medical? Not so much. I keep

I am surprised by the negative review of the staff because I have actually had really positive experiences with them. They have been really accommodating with insurance situations, prescriptions, etc and never seem impatient. I like Dr. Mitelman fine though the visits are very quick and not exactly holistic.

Dr Raisa Mitelman has always been good to me, she is thorough. The waiting room can be boring and the wait at times is long but overall Dr Mitelman is a great doctor.

I went to Dr. Mitelman because she's literally a block from my job, took my insurance, and had reviews on Yelp that looked pretty decent (which, speaking of, I wish more people would review doctors on here so we could all benefit from more objective reviews).

My biggest issue was with the way this office operates. On my first visit, after spending a total of 5 minutes with me, the doctor told me to meet her up front where she'd write me a prescription, and walked out of the room... so literally, in front of a waiting room full of people, I had to ask her questions about the prescription

Dr. MItelman is efficient without being cold. Nurses are very nice. Waiting room can be a pain so bring a book.
