They do need to work on their reservation system. The ladies did a fantastic job. Gel Manicure and a Deluxe Pedicure. Time is always a luxury for me. The ladies did my fingernails and toe nails together. I was in at 12:45 and done by 2pm They made me feel welcome and were minimally conversational, but did ask about me and took a personal interest in learning about me as their customer.

Sent my 16 yo daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. She contacted me upset because the nail tech cut her not once but 3 times. She was bleeding and he used nail glue to stop the bleeding. Very unsanitary and painful. When I went to the salon and confronted him about it, he only would offer a $15 discount when frankly, it should have been free and he should have been apologizing profusely. Shockingly, this man is also the manager! Her fingers were throbbing and still bleeding when we got home. We will never go back to this salon.

Went in here for the first time for a much needed pedicure. I’m quite heat sensitive, so I was a bit nervous about the hot stones. Vanessa was so accommodating, cooling them down a bit before using them. Just wanted to express a huge thank you to her, she was so patient and did a great job! Will definitely be coming back.

Great experience with the ladies. My fault for not making an appointment and ended up doing walk in with the male who schedules at first desk. He did my gel nails horribly, chipped and breaking the first week. My fingers are basically in pain because they broke so badly. Anytime I got my nails done with the ladies, they were so durable and looked great.

I’m from Houston, but came to Las Vegas back in October and needed my nails done. Randomly found this place and was able to book same day appointment ahead of a dinner reservation. Had no clue about the gem I would find in Henderson!!! Lily is a top notch professional, was really fun to talk to and had me feeling really comfortable about the outcome of my nails. She did not disappoint. These nails lasted a very long time and I enjoyed the experience so much I flew back out here to get my nails done for the New Year!

If you see s bad review from tonight they did have 2 customers that where verbally abusive to them. The 2 gals nas actually looked amazing yet they acted like their nail were ugly, I honestly feel they where trying to get out of paying. Anyways the manicurist remained professional and did everything they could to make those 2 girls happy. I will definitely be returning stay happy you guys are great!

Best nail salon ever!! Thank you so much Lily for making my nails and toes look great!! Lily is one of the best nail techs!!! I have been going to her for about 7 years and she never disappoints. I use to go to her somewhere else but I followed her were ever she goes!! Thank you again Lily see you in a month!
