Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care in a courteous and friendly environment. They will gladly help you get the most out of each visit and will help to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. They hold themselves to a high standard and will work to make sure you are happy with your experience while at our office.
Preventative care is the core of modern dentistry. In this area, we attempt to stop problems before they start. While most preventive care is accomplished at home by regular brushing and flossing, our roll comes in the form of your regular cleanings by our hygienist and your dental exam. These visits are often accompanied by x-rays and use of tools designed to help detect signs of oral disease.
Originally from Hickory, NC, Dr. Millsaps graduated from high school in 2001 and went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2004, he received a B.S. in Biology before continuing his education at UNC's dental school. Upon graduating and obtaining his license in 2008, he then spent two years working for underserved populations in Winston-Salem and Advance, NC.

Millsaps is beyond exceptional. I now have a dental implant and crown and I could not be happier with my new smile. The crown replaced a bridge for my front tooth so Millsaps paid extra attention to detail and the health of my teeth. His staff is phenomenal and they are highly skilled, they all take extra time to speak with you about the process and everyone including Milsapps is down to earth. If you're in need of a dentist, I highly recommended Chris Millsaps, you will not be disapointed.

My first visit was great! My hygienist was very personable and gentle. So when I went back to have my first two fillings things went well. Dr. Milsaps is great! His assistant that time was attentive to my secretions and everything. So I went again a week later and was sorely disappointed with the assistant. She not once offered to help me rinse my mouth out after or during the procedure. I was told I was finished and could leave and I had a mouth full of blood and mucous. I had to ask how to turn the sink on. No apology was given or anything. I will ask that she not assist if there is ever a need

Got a crown today, after having several bridges done at this same office. Dr. Millsaps has the latest equipment which makes all the difference. They have a machine that takes 3D scans of your tooth before and after drilling and it makes same day permanent crowns right there that have an extremely small amount of post-fitting drilling. They have spent so much extra time working to make sure my smile is healthy!

My son's insurance was verified before his appointment, and they confirmed that insurance would cover the visit in full (all children receive routine dental exams under BCBS individual health insurance policies). About a month or so after the visit, I received a bill for the total amount of the visit with a notice attached that my son did not have insurance coverage at all. I called the office, the woman I spoke to remembered that our insurance was verified, and she said she would handle the situation. This conversation took place at least 4 months ago; I never heard anything again. I

My name is scared to go to the dentist. My experience with Dr. Millsapp was so fabulous I am asking him to schedule me for another tooth repair. My teeth have been neglected because my blood pressure, and fear was an issue, it seemed. But I am very happy for the staff, hygienist and the skill of Dr. Millsapp. I feel safe to even look forward to having my teeth addressed as often as possible. I will always suggest his services to my family and friends. Top of the line satisfaction.

I just had my first appointment with this office and I cannot explain how pleased I was with the service. I was in severe pain because of a tooth and needed it pulled immediately, I searched and found this office and requested an Appointment. I soon after received a call back from one of the reps who immediately set me up an appointment that next day. Everyone was so friendly!! We all had great conversations-including the Dentist himself(which you don’t really get too often from the doctor) and through out the office all you could hear was laughs and nothing but pleasure. Dr. Millsaps and his staff are kind, courteous, and pleasant. Dr. Millsaps is informative about what is going on in your mouth, and makes sure that you are a part of the decisions being made about your care. They have gone above and beyond in serving our family exceptionally many times. Today, they outdid themselves by staying behind their normal business hours in order to serve me, even though I was the one who had mistaken the appointment time. I can most definitely wholeheartedly recommend him as a family dentist.

Casual and comfortable. Dr. Millsaps has been my dentist for several years and I get in and out without any drama. I once had a friend who needed to be seen on an emergency and Dr. Millsaps got him in within a few hours of my call! The staff is friendly and overall the office is NOT pretentiousness!
