Back a very long time ago- I really needed money So I signed up for their service. The rep verbally promised me reasonable expenses to do a job (food, gas, motel) about 100 miles away. They never paid these expenses. They also tried to deny I even worked the hours for the client (whirlpool). Lucky I had my time card so I could at least dispute that and at least get paid wages. A very bad experience!!

Another run of the mill recruiting service shot-gunning job descriptions to everyone with an email address. Not only do they don't bother to review the applicants they send to, they like to berate and reply with snide remarks. Avoid at all cost, they obviously are only in it for the money, and have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

Another run-of-the-mill IT recruiter shot gunning job postings to everyone with an email address. I'm not sure they even read the job description before sending it out to everyone on the planet. Completely unprofessional staff when responding to my complaints about not wanting to receive irrelevant and unsolicited emails. This is the exact reason why everyone hates recruiters, then add snide remarks in a response? Obviously this is as far from a professional organization as you can imagine. Buyer beware.

TCM is easily one of the best staffing companies I've ever had the privilege of working with. When first presented an opportunity, I was given great detail and more importantly, candid background. This really meant that they had a relationship with their customers, not just trying to place someone. After accepting a position with one of their clients, I went through the best and easiest onboarding process I've ever seen. All forms were online and processed quickly. All communication with my recruiter and management was done professionally and with great help. I can not recommend TCM highly enough

Fantastic organization to work with for any IT staffing needs. Worked with TCML for several years on staffing teams for desktop related work and converted many contractors to permanent employees.
