At Springwell, we want you to feel comfortable with your decisions, and based on your lifestyle, we will help you find the living option that's just perfect for you. Enjoy a worry-free lifestyle in well-appointed residences with access to countless amenities and activities, wellness services, transportation and more.
Our beautiful new apartments overlooking the neighboring park, swim club and community garden range in size from just over 600 square feet to more than 1,100 square feet. Plus, residents have access to all of the spacious and gracious common areas. The Peabody is our largest residence, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with an optional patio or balcony.
We are committed to providing each resident with a personalized care plan, which is determined by their individual medical needs, overall health, lifestyle and interests. Residents maintain some level of independence with licensed caregivers always available for those who require support with some or all of their day-to-day functions and activities.
At Springwell, we work hard to assure our customers receive good value. Fees vary based on the size of your studio or apartment, with standard studios available from $4,490 per month, and one-bedroom apartments offered from $6,040 per month. Residents who require an upgraded care package will incur additional fees, ranging from $550 to $1,650 per month.
Memory Care services at Springwell Senior Living are designed to support and accommodate individuals who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We understand that each resident is unique, so we establish and follow a personalized care plan for each resident.
We strive to maximize quality of life by creating daily opportunities for interaction, socialization and activities with our staff as well as other residents, and we have a full time Memory Care Activities Director on staff.Families will have peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for in a warm, safe environment.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIGHTHOUSE THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND THE KITCHEN MANAGER IS HORRIBLE SHE NEVER TAKES THE RESIDENTS CONCERNS IN CONSIDERATION THE FOOD ISN'T WHAT A SENIOR PERSON WOUND EAT IF AT HOME. DARLENE MARSHALL IS SO NASTY AND SHE IS RUDE I WOULD SEEK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PUT MY LOVED ONE THEY DON'T HAVE COMPASSION AT THIS PLACE

Great place for your loved ones to live as they get older. My grandmother has loved here for 4 years and she and the family have been very happy here. There are alot of family functions here with buffet and always enjoy coming and the staff are always nice and helpful. My grandmother says the staff take great care of her and go above and beyond. They monitor the patients very well and make sure she's feeling well and eating etc...
