We know that you don't have an hour, or worse, 24 hours to wait for your medications like they make you wait at big corporate pharmacies. The only time you'll have to wait a day for your prescription at OC Pharmacy is if we don't have an item in stock, and we do our best to anticipate your pickups so as to avoid any wait times.
At OC Pharmacy we believe a pharmacy can serve as the central healthcare location for a community. Pharmacies are the middleman between you (the physician), your patients, their insurance, and many drug companies and hospitals. Different from the commercial drug companies, we dispense customized, patient-specific medications that allow your patient's health to come first and allowing your practice to be ahead of the curve.
Custom medicated treats, oral suspensions, capsules, transdermals, and otitis gels and more! Medicated pastes, transdermal preparations, powders, otitis packing, hoof care, and medicated bandages are available! Access our refill portal, powered by HealthMart. You can also request refills and maintain your prescription profile on the HealthMart iOS app or android app. At OC Pharmacy, we truly believe that by specializing in unique services that are customized for patients' personal healthcare needs, we have what it takes to genuinely take care of our customers.
We won't know if your prescription is covered by your insurance until we create and submit your insurance claim to your insurance plan. After submission of your claim, we'll know within a few seconds if your prescription claim will be covered or rejected. Sometimes a claim may reject because your insurer believes you are refilling your medication too soon outrageous!

I have been with OC Pharmacy for over 10 years under the previous ownership. The previous owner/pharmacist was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. I just loved her. About 2 months ago I was told that she sold the pharmacy. I was apprehensive but was assured that the new owner was a great too. Today, when I called to fill my prescription, I was told that they are turning my business away because my prescription is a “loss” for them with my co-pay. We have excellent insurance (PPO) and I pay a $54.00 copay to the pharmacy monthly for my prescription in addition to insurance

Very poor customer appreciation. They change there policies with out ever letting you know, have your medicine called in (taking time from your doctor who does care for you) and you go to pick up your scripts and get a we can’t fill these, your doctor is not local. What….. my doctor is 35 miles away and you have been filling them for years. Sorry sir. Why not a single call to let me know. Instead you wait for a week to be shut down. They do not care for anyone but there selves. Find some place that does.

BEWARE ...Ownership changed in June 2021. OC Pharmacy did a good job with compound medications I needed for the past couple of years. Unfortunately, I did not know that there was a new owner and trusted them to contact the doctor for refills as they had done multiple times in the past. I gave them a week - and learned on a Friday that they never contacted the doctor and there was not sufficient time to get the prescription approved and filled until the following week. So I will have to do without the medication for at least 3 days. Very unimpressed with "new" OC Pharmacy. I will find an another
