I cannot possibly say enough good things about Chuck and his team. They are a delight to work with, do high quality work, have great ideas. Hire them without hesitation. It was so good I'd think about doing a second house just to work with them again. Update, shower failed, leaking into a condo below after three years the builder would not repair without charge. It seems the failure was due to holes from the way the drain was installed. The entire shower floor had to be ripped out and redone.

We renovated our home. Top to bottom. Excellent experience. Chuck and his team are a pleasure to work with. Chuck has an excellent eye for design build ideas. This is very important to have this talent when renovating. Chuck made my vision happen and saved me from mistakes. Very Very happy with the outcome. In addition there is follow up when the job is done! So you are not left with minor fixes on your own. Highly recommend

After spending months researching design build contractors to remodel our kitchen we decided to go with Sea Light Design-Build! Our house was built in 1966 and fifty years later we still had the same cabinets. Sea Light Design-Build turned our outdated kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams! From the very beginning Chuck had many creative ideas and helped design our kitchen plans. He focused on making our kitchen more functional with an open floor plan. They knocked down walls and reconfigured the kitchen cabinets and appliance layout. Now we have more storage, space and light than we ever thought
