ANSWER: Live Oak offers our preselected turnkey homes at a starting price point of $175,000. These houses are all turnkey and include all aspects of the homebuild with the exception of the land. Keep in mind that for our fully customized homes the price varies according to your specific wants and needs.

The guys at Live Oak make building a house an amazing experience. Justin and Daniel have an eye for quality and aren't afraid to make suggestions to make your new home beautiful. These guys will go to any length to make the homeowners happy and are extremely quick to deal with the issues that will inevitably come with building a house. Mike is a great person who will personally help with anything. He helped prevent the small problems from turning into big problems and was a pleasure to work with.
Seriously, if you're going to build a house, go with Live Oak. You won't be sorry that you did.

Our house looks and feels awesome. I've always thought that the true measure of a good company is how they respond to adversity. Anyone can look good when things go smoothly. There were a few hiccups but Live Oak responded professionally and promptly. We are very happy.

Live Oak Home Builders made building a home as easy as it could possibly be. We looked at a few building companies and Live Oak offered us the options we wanted and were able to help us adjust what we needed to make the house fit our budget. That was something we were really impressed with- we’d go over the floor plans talking about changes we could make to the layout to give us money to make changes in other places.
