This place has very good reviews, but I had an absolutely awful experience with these guys. First of all, let me state that they are very pleasant and professional in terms of communication and their interactions with me. The problem is tech competence. Their job was to fix my drivers side power window, which was no longer rolling up. Ultimately, I suspect the tech there was way in over his head, but here is the summary.
At the diagnostic visit, they were confident it was a regulator failure. Quoted price was good....probably too good in hindsight. The first red flag is they wanted 50% up front

These guys rock! I Jack knifed my 5th wheel and took out my rear window. I tried the big "S" and not only unable to get an appointment, I couldn't even get a phone number. I'm only in San Antonio for a short time. I called RnR because of their excellent reviews and they were working on my truck 3 hours later. They made a special run to get my glass and charged less than the big "S" quoted online. Being a former business owner I can't say enough good things about this company. I spoke at length with Rick the owner. What a nice guy! I really lucked out finding this shop. You won't find better anywhere

R&R was amazing!! I broke my rear windshield at noon, I called the dealership to fix it first and they told me it would be weeks before they could get to me. I called R&R around 1 and they had it fixed 3 hours later!! So amazing considering a big storm came in the next day and I didn't have to worry about it!

I had my interior rear-view mirror break, and while trying to replace the old mount for it, I ended up messing up and had a fracture going across my OEM windshield. I called around, and everyone was quoting me ~$400-$500, and I ended up calling these guys, and they quoted me less than half that. Now, I’m sure the price isn’t the same anymore, and it depends on your vehicle, etc… They ended up installing an OEM spec windshield and installed my rear-view mirror for something like $248! They were quick and did an amazing job.

I had to have my windshield replaced and their price was about 100 less that the leading competitor. I was told since this windshield needed calibration, the job could take around four hours. I arrived and was met by Ernest who was very personal. He saw that I had work to do as I would be waiting for my car. He took me to a small office where I set up and worked the entire time in peace and quiet. I was also privy to snacks and drinks. Their waiting room is large as well with a huge kitchen table if anyone would like to eat while waiting for work to be completed. The job was done in 2 hours

I heard about this place on the Ticket 760. They did a great job replacing my windshield. I made an appointment and they told me about 1.5 hrs to complete which they did exactly in that time. Nice touch having coffee and drinks for customers. Great service by Mr. Earnest and they did exactly what they said they would do.

Pay attention people this place is all about speed, great prices and some of the best customer service you’ll ever experience. I had Rick and team replace my front windshield on my 06 Solara convertible and the job was done perfectly! The vibe from this shop was great, the speed of service lightning fast. 😉. Very affordable, friendly, quick, and easy! We had our windshield replaced on our Subaru with the lane assist and all the other fun things you pay a lot for only to find out it costs you more in the end than it's worth.
Anyway, I received a handful of quotes that ranged from about $175 to $1400. Obviously the $175 wasn't including the calibration that needs to be done ($250). Yet they said it did. At the end of the day RNR came through with transparency, and a job well done.
I have no reason not to recommend their services.

The quickest and easiest service that I have ever had done on my car. My driver side window shattered on Sunday, and I called them at 1:00PM on Monday and they got me an appointment at 4:00PM same day. While on the phone they quoted me on the spot ($210) which I have never experienced before. It took 40 minutes to replace the window and it looks great. Without a doubt the best place to have any work done on you car windows.

I called to get a quote on a full windshield replacement and not only did I get a reasonable price, but I was also able to get my windshield replaced that same day! The waiting area is very nice with jazz music playing in the background, free WiFi, and select refreshments as well. The staff was very friendly and even the owner was available to answer my questions. I would drive across town again for their 5 star services!

I'm so happy this company was recommended. I did something stupid and by mistake destroyed my rear window in my SUV. I called Safelite and was given a quote for my vehicle of $397.00 out the door. I know they do good work but that's a lot of money. I called another locally owned auto glass shop and was given a quote of $260.00, but then called RNR And was given an even better price. They were able to get the glass the same day and when I went in to get it done I mentioned that I also wanted to get a quote for my front windshield which had a crack and a bulls eye due to rocks that

Ernest was professional and diligent finding my moonroof glass. Honda said it would be $1,000-$2,000 to replace the entire assembly but I just needed the glass. When you car is only worth $10,000 spending so much to replace glass is insane. Honda even told me, "that's a great deal and you should take it." Thanks RNR -- I'll be back. This place is phenomenal, I called around 2:30pm just asking about auto glass repair for my car and the guy over the phone asked me to come in to take a look at my car and give me a quote. Not only did he give me the best price in town, he was able to order the glass and install it all by 5pm that same day! I thought things like this take days and cost an arm and a leg but this place exceeded all my expectations, I am amazed and recommend this place to anyone looking for auto glade repair!

I recently recommended RNR to a coworker based on my personal experience with their service. Twice! Unfortunately, I was hit two previous times by the same rock! I just know it! They were both small, pebble like and hard enough to lightning crack my windshield. Sounds just like the one that hit yours right? I turned to Yelp to help me find a good windshield replacement place and I'm so glad I did. My experience at RnR was about as good as it gets. When I called to make an appointment, they said they could get me in same day. I wasn't able to take a same day appointment but was able to get one the next day first thing in the morning. The place is easy to find, the staff are extremely friendly, and they got me in and out in about 40 minutes. They have coffee and snacks and magazines and they even have a friendly shop cat. I attempted to use R-N-R Auto Glass to replace the back glass of my 2001 Toyota Corolla this week. I dropped my car off with no issue between 8-9 as agreed on. At about 2pm I called to check the status since I happened to be in the area and would be for another hour or so. The woman who answered the phone informed me that I had ordered the wrong glass, the windshield instead of the back glass (which is completely missing due to the hail storms). She then proceeded to tell me that they had to order the correct one since I had ordered the wrong one.

My windshield took two rocks on the passenger side while traveling from Houston to San Antonio. While driving I could hear the glass continue to crack with all the wind pressure that it must have been taking.
I called RNR Friday morning. I got a quote within 5 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon.
I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment since I was free and they started on my car right when I got there.
It took only 30 minutes! Now that's fast service. The total service was $195.
