I went in last week for a Hydrafacial with Lily , and it was a wonderful experience ! Lily is educated, knowledgeable, kind, warm and truly cares for your skin. It’s easy to tell that she loves what she does. She is super personable and makes you feel comfortable. I was super excited to go to Angel Aesthetics for my mile high makeover but was sadly very disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. I was initially told that I would not be charged for a consultation if she ended up doing the procedure but then when I checked my credit card statement I was charged the $50 consultation fee. When I called to inquire I never received a call back. I had to email them twice then ask about it in person when I was there for my follow up and she said she would take care of which she never did until I sent yet another email only then did I get a response that told

Ive been coming to Angel Aesthetics for almost two years- and I got booked with Alison and she changed my skin game completely. I’ve been dealing with cystic acne after getting an IUD and nothing was working. She suggested we change treatment from peel+microneedling to clear and brilliant laser. I found Angel through a friend that had been seeing her for quite some time (she struggled with major acne and now her skin looks phenomenal) I have been struggling with hyper pigmentation/ melasma and skin damage since my first son in 2017.

I walked into my appointment having done some research but trusted that I would get a professional opinion. That was not the case. I felt rushed and was asked if I knew anything about the procedure. I said "yes some" I was disappointed in the fact that she did not explain the procedure very much and almost seemed annoyed.? I was given little information and very little after care directions. I was charged more than what I spoke with her scheduler about and left feeling overcharged and hesitantly I left a tip but only out of respect.

Just an honest review of my experience-
I came in for hair removal for some stubborn hairs on my chin. Angel was seemingly preoccupied, likely with construction and expansion of her business. She seemed unprepared for my visits, asking me to remind her why I was there, how many sessions I've had, and overall I felt like it wasn't a personal experience.
After 5 sessions and $500, I find out that the removal only works on dark hairs- the majority of mine are *visibly* white or blonde, so I don't think I got my money's worth. I definitely feel like I could have saved my money if the time was taken

Angel has helped me a lot with my skin and it's improvements that I tried to make on my own for years with thousands of products and thousands of dollars wasted on techniques that never worked on me. She takes into consideration my skin complications and knows exactly how to help me by just looking at me. So since she decided to delete my comment on Instagram, I'll go on here since she can't touch these reviews. My mom won her "mommy makeover" giveaway for Mother's Day and when my mom was calling to schedule her cut and color, Angel ignored all of her calls and never reached back so she could book her appointment. Unprofessional and rude, there's much better aestheticians in Colorado.

Angel is incredibly unprofessional, catty and rude. My mother was a customer of hers before she had won Angels 'Mommy Makeover'. My mother only received the treatments Angel was up to and when it came time to try to schedule the rest, she stopped answering any calls or texts my mom sent her. When Angel was called out on it, she just deletes comments. Definitely look for other better, more professional esthetician's in Denver.

I really felt like this place could have been more professional. I called to see about a skin procedure and the receptionist said Angel would call me right back. Then I get a text from a random number fifteen minutes later (red flag) and they asked me to send a picture of my concern. No text back and no call either. I will find someone who is more professional and does what they say they will. This says a lot about how they run their business. Not impressed!

Went for a consult which lasted 5 minutes. She didn't examine my skin up close which I've had done at previous consults in order to address relevant skin issues. Was sold a few products to take home, one such was a 3% overpriced benzoyl peroxide (you can buy the same thing at the grocery store for a fraction of the price) and another was a serum that was alcohol based which dried out my skin. I don't doubt that you can have good results from Angel as is seen by the before and after pictures but it wasn't the right place for me.

1. On three separate occasions I saw her she was late and had multiple bookings! This story could be very long, so I'll just say she is rude, doesn't apologize and blames her manager for messing up her schedule.

Angel is absolutely incredible - moving to Denver from out of state, I had a severe acne breakout on my cheeks, chin, forehead, and nose. I was struggling for two months and nothing was helping - I was devastated as I've never had acne before. I had a consultation with Angel that finally gave me hope. Within one week, my skin was clearing up, and two weeks my acne was gone. Just healing spots that decrease every day.
