If you looking for a agency this NOT it ! The worst agency in the USA. Very unprofessional and unorganized. You would think kids running this company! They refuse to tell you how much you make ! Refuse to give you paystubs ! When you need proof of employment. Refuse to give you your 1099. They take 5% out your check. And god knows what else. They… book you for shifts you didnt consent to. And book you for shifts you did consent too just to show up to facility and your not on schedule. The only company that dont pay turnaround time because they pocketing the money. They promise you bonuses

If you want to be paid. Do not work here. I’ve been waiting for the rest of my check for 3 weeks. Office staff keep saying that they are looking into it or that the facility has not confirmed it. But the facility called me yesterday to see if I can pick up shifts and I informed them of the situation and the administrator said that she has already confirmed the shifts and I should have been paid. There are other agencies to work for. I have worked here off and on for 3 years and this is the first time I haven’t been paid. But It only takes one time to play with money and then the ignored texts

Worked here for eight months, was overworked beyond belief because people wouldn't stop quitting, not that I blame them. There would be days that I had to stay here until the early, early morning because of the ludicrous amount of work that was expected from such a small group of people. The owner and manager are awful people that see you as a cog to their machine. I implore anyone who considers working in the office here to reconsider.

I have absolutely enjoyed my experience working with Steadfast. You get to make your own schedule, and I dont care what anyone says. There are always hours available, as little or as much as you could want. Lisa is a great boss and employer. Lisa has her hands in the pot in every aspect of her business and I have enjoyed it because shr always takes care of her staff and makes sure that we are taken care of. I genuinely appreciate the freedom of choice that she has given me, financial freedom and security, and the ability to provide better for my children. This company is exactly what I was looking

The owner of this agency is horrible. I worked for them for a few months and Lisa (the owner) called me to cancel my shift last minute, accusing me of doing things I never did. I know they are under an investigation currently for something shady. I’m not surprised. Please do yourself a favor and do not work for this woman.

I never seen where a company that you work for wont give you access to your own stuff as of proof of verification of employment. They give you the round around and act like they to busy for their own employees. They tell so many lies it don't make no sense. The only reason I sign to work for them was for a friend but i should of listen when everyone was telling me how bad the company is and how many lawsuits they got. This place really needs to be investigated. I was scheduled with Baypointe got there and the scheduler of the facility didn't even know who I was. So together her and I called Steadfast no answer so I sent a text no response at all. So I try again to schedule a shift Thanksgiving day at Baypointe so this time I call ahead (steadfast doesn't like for you to call ahead) so once I found out I wasn't on the schedule.
