I went there to get my set of brand new winter tires mounted on my also brand new oem wheels. The service was average. Tires were mounted with a lot of minor scratches (see picture below).
What I did not liked at all was that I took the wheels and tires to them in order to get an accurate quote. The guy who took care of me said $30 per wheel right after seeing them, obviously I accepted.
Then when I came back to pay, they charge me $20 over the agreed price. They said that because the price varies depending on the amount of weights my wheels would require to be balanced.
I find hard to believe

I went on their website to get a price on tires. They have no pricing online, I submit a request for a quote like the site says, 2 days later and I still have not heard back. I guess business is so good they don't want anymore. If you're going to ignore your quote requests, then put the prices online. Because usually when someone wants a quote on tires, they're not looking to purchase them 4 weeks later.

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this establishment! I had a blowout today on Dilworthtown Road in Glen Mills (absolutely disgraceful road!) AAA came and swapped out the spare. I brought my car to 3 J's. No appointment. Parking lot was full. It's 90°. Nothing but smiles and excellent customer service! 3 J's evaluated the tire (inside and out), plugged it, and patched it. $26! Service was excellent. I'm so pleased & I HIGHLY recommend this business!

3 J's was awesome. Was a better price for better tires then costco. The place is not the brightest and shiniest but the office was super responsive and their service was great along with the adorable office dog Sammy. I called late Thursday and they ordered my tires and had them delivered early Friday. I arrived on Friday and was three people deep (it is first come first serve) and they had me out of there in less than an hour. They also include free rotations for the lifetime of the tire. Everything was great and I highly recommend them.

I came in town to see a tire source who eventually failed me. I had aftermarket Vossen rims custom powdercoated that I wanted to put on as well as add a new set of tires. I found out about 3Js through another Tesla owner while I was at the supercharger nearby. I was able to get a refund from the previous deal and show up unscheduled at 3Js as soon as they lifted the bay doors. I was greeted by Jay and Jeff. I decided to give them my business not only because they were knowledgeable about my Model S but they were talented, creative and was able to push my vision I had for my Model S with recommendations

I bought six heavy duty tires for my Diesel pusher rv (42000 lbs gross weight) The Michelins that were on there looked like new but were 12 yrs old so I needed new.
I was initially worried that coach would be to heavy for them to work on but they handled it with ease
Great price on tires and we hooked up our coach to trailer with a car on it and drove 2500 miles in 5 days to Las Vegas with absolutely no problems at all Coach floated over highway,very smooth ride.
This happened last April (2017) and we have driven it a bunch more to other States.

I noticed my tire was leaking air this morning. I called 3 J's to see if they would have time to look at it (on Saturday at 1:00, they close at 2) he told me to bring it right over it. They plugged my tire and filled all my other tires in less than 30 minutes for only $15. The entire staff was incredibly efficient, friendly, and hard working. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future.
UPDATE: Not so sure about this place anymore after I checked my tire pressure when I got home I found that the guy that fixed my tire actually put 45 pounds of pressure in it when it should have

I am a Lyft driver and realized my front left tire was low on my way to do a shift. Checked Yelp and this place was right around the corner. I am so glad I decided to come in. I was only there upwards of a half hour. I was treated kindly by a very good looking tall blonde guy. They patched up my car and put air in all four tires, charging only $15. This place is run pretty efficiently by hard-working people and I will definitely come back if the need arises.

I bought a used tire from them and not even 2 weeks later the tire blew out..the guy that towed my car told me it looked like the tire was dry rotted.when i took the tire back to 3 jays they acted like it was no big deal that the tire they sols me was dry rotted and that it was my fault for buying used tires when they tild me the tires would be fine..so i used to refer people to come here now im never going back to this place not only did they not want to help me i had inly gotten half of what i paid for the tire back..and at first he didnt want to give me anything at all ..but i will definetlt

The most honest and family friendly car place I have ever been to. I would recommend this place to any and everyone! As a woman I find it VERY hard to find a car place that is actually nice and honest. Most places look at you Bc you are a girl and try to get as much money out of you as possible- not this place. I trust their opinions and prices. I am going to start coming here for all my car's needs! I can't talk them up enough!
