I made an 8:00am appointment online for the replacement of all four (4) tires, inclusive of a front & rear alignment as well. My vehicle was in a service bay and being worked on at 8:00am. While I waited, I had access to free WI-Fi as well as beverages & snacks. Within an hour, my vehicle was ready and parked curb-side for me, which was very nice given the weather.

One of the best automobile repair experiences I’ve ever had. Took my vehicle in to diagnose an issue and was presented with clear and concise repair suggestions. Darren and Jared went the extra mile to bring me back into the shop and show me what they suggested as the car was still on the lift. Taking the car back to get the repairs today.

Everyone at Quick Lane in Kennett are professional and friendly. I've taken my vehicles and family's vehicles here on multiple occasions. The service is so great that I will continue to bring vehicles here. My most recent visit was to get inspection stickers on my newly replaced windshield and the guys squeezed me in and I very much appreciate the time they took to help me out.

Matt and team did a tremendous job working on my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that the repairs were complete, interacted with the manufacturer seamlessly, and allowed me to focus on my work while they took care of my car. I have brought my car to Quick Lane here in Kennett probably about 5 or 6 times now for different services and the service they provide has been consistent and what seems to be with the upmost integrity. The service manager Matt goes above and beyond in customer service and all the car technicians I've interacted with have been fantastic. Give them a chance and I believe they will not disappoint!
