I was referred to Dr. Jacobs by my PCP. I was able to make an appointment promptly. His receptionist was very professional, and upfront about payment and insurance information so that there were no surprises when I got to the office. When I arrived for the appointment, his staff was very careful with Covid protocols and he was thorough in his examination with a gentle bedside manner. By the time my appointment was over, the forms to submit to my insurer were already printed out with a follow-up appointment booked. 100% satisfied with my experience!

I had my Thermage FLX done today by Bethnie, and my experience was GREAT! The whole medical team are professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Prior to my Thermage, I had a free face to face consultation with Dr. Jacobs to exam my face and address my questions, and was sure Thermage is the right treatment I needed. Bethnie did my treatment, she was very patient and skillful, the treatment can be a little bit painful sometimes, and she would always stop and made sure you are ok. As a physician, I have been embarrassingly careless about my skin.
I went to Dr. Jacobs for a trivial matter. He immediately identified
a suspicious lesion on my face that I had self diagnosed as a cyst.
A biopsy was taken and the path report came back positive for
Basal Cell Carcinoma. I was obligated to undergo MOH's surgery.
Fortunately, for me, the outcome was excellent.
Dr. Jacobs has earned many distinctions for his expertise in early
detection of skin malignancies. He also has a thriving Cosmetic

Excellent diagnostician, friendly professional staff. My husband and I have been going for years for annual checkups and minor skin concerns. We trust his medical knowledge implicitly. Dr Jacobs has been treating both my daughters since they were little. My youngest daughter had a really bad case of eczema when she was young which caused horrible rashes all over her body. I took her to several dermatologists but it never got better. I finally found Dr Jacobs who with a lot of care, patience and the right treatment was finally able to get the eczema under control. The rashes healed and the constant itching stopped. I highly recommend Dr Jacobs and his wonderful staff.

I have had three melanomas which he detected early enough so that only outpatient surgery was needed to excise them without any follow up treatment.
Enough said but add to that his staff (and he) are always cordial and helpful.
Because he is sought after for treatment, however, you will face the occasional long wait in his office at your appointment but that is a pretty small price to pay for medical excellence.
I recommend him without hesitation.
