At Denver Cake Company we are passionate about cake! It is our mission to create unique and delicious sweets using only the highest quality ingredients. It is our belief that cake should not only look good, but should taste good too. At a living arts centre, you will find a number of disciplines for study to increase the harmony and balance in your life.
In this 8-week program, students ages 5-9 years are invited to participate in structured creative dance lessons in an inclusive and supportive environment. Lakewood Dance Academy's Adaptive Dance Program is designed for children with developmental or physical challenges who want to learn dance. Adaptive Dance introduces students to the BrainDance (eight developmental patterns), body awareness, improvisation, musicality, and creative expression!

We were lucky enough to discovery LDA right at the beginning of it's inception (about five years ago). My eldest has been in classes since then, and two more sisters have followed in her footsteps. Julie is truly kind and cares about each and every student in her school and has hired teachers who believe in her mission. She knows when to push and when to pause, and my kids thrive there. I highly recommend checking it out; I think you'll fall in love as we have.

Our 5 year old has been taking combo classes for a year. We love the classes. Lindsey is a kind and patient teacher who teaches well. I love how she teaches them short choreography every few weeks that isn't necessarily tied to a recital performance. It helps them learn how to focus and learn steps quickly.

We have had only the best possible experience here. Julie truly cares about each child. She knows how to stretch them without pushing too hard, and takes such joy in their excitement. She lets them be kids, while guiding them in teaching their bodies some new and amazing things. I can't recommend this studio enough, and my girls adore her, which is obviously a giant plus.
