We had a great experience with Dr Prinsill and his office staff. Dr Prinsill took to whete his surgery would be done it was such a comforting room with stuffed animals included, he explained everything he would be doing. My husband has had some very bad experiences with dentists so he was very apprehensive but from our first visit Dr Prinsill allayed those fears. The surgery went very well.To top it off the Dr called us that night to check on him and go over instructions. Staff was great too.

Dr. Prinsell and his staff were great. Dr. Prinsell explained everything in great detail. Even called after hours to see how I was doing. All of his staff was pleasant and pricing was explained down to every dollar. Staff was not pushy at all. I thought prices were very reasonable but a lot of that is based on insurance types. I would highly recommend Dr. Prinsell and his office to anyone looking for a service he provides.

Gave a detailed explanation about the procedure (wisdom teeth being removed) during the consultation, made sure I understood the way to take the medication after the surgery, and called me later to see how things were going. Price was high, but that should be expected when having complex dental surgery. Overall, outstanding place to go for a surgical dental procedure.

Dr. Prinsell is ABSOLUTELY the most Professional, Polite and Courteous Doctor/Dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient. He and his Very Professional Staff go out of their way to explain everything to you concerning your procedure. I was made to feel so comfortable. He even called me personally about 3 hours after I left his office to check on me and emphasis some of the important information concerning Post Oral Surgery. Dr. Prinsell and his staff are wonderful! The bad reviews here are ridiculous and unfair. First of all, they're incredibly helpful, professional and kind. They do have WiFi and make all insurance coverage very clear. They did a great job on my husbands wisdom teeth removal and were extremely communicative and informative. Also, Dr. Prinsell gave us his cell number for any after hour emergencies. Highly recommend!

Dr Prinsell removed both bottom wisdom teeth. After taking the xray, he was very clear and concise in explaining what was going on, the risks, and gave me options for treatment plan. He explained the process of what was going to be performed and even had some bedside humor right before I was put to sleep for the oral surgery. Great personality and his office staff were great too! I would definitely recommend anyone to come to his practice for extractions. I know I'll definitely come back if I needed to! P.S. Dr. Prinsell and his team were far more than excellent with my wisdom teeth extractions. Always feeling welcomed and calm. The nurses were just like him, incredibly kind and whimsical. His instructions for care were clear and extremely helpful. All in all, Dr. Prinsell made a large procedure into an easy to handle and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend him and his team in a heart beat!!

Best place to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. It was something I was not looking forward to but Dr Prinsell made the best of it! Unfortunately I suffered from a dry socket during the process of healing but even then he made everything he could to make the pain go away and make me comfortable again. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

My son was referred here to have his wisdom teeth removed. I had a 2pm appointment and we were not seen until 3:30. The receptionist at the front desk was less than friendly and Dr. Prinsell is a little weird. When I asked how long the wait would be, after 30 minutes, they looked at me as if it was a strange question. I will not be returning for any other service and would not recommend this location to any one else.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Prinsell anytime. I got 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and was an excellent guide through the process. He did an amazing job not only consulting me but actually showing me the issues and demonstrating with an model for better understanding. I was extremely surprised when he called later that night to check in. Although the prices were more expensive then a previous consult I've had, the price was 100% worth the service and his 24 years of expertise!

I told Dr. Prinsell that I wish I could have more teeth pull out because he was so nice. First time in my life that I don't hate going to the dentist. I had 2 teeth pulled the same day. I did not feel pain during or after the procedure. His recommendations and comments on the healing process were right on. Dr. Prinsell called me 9 hours after procedure to find out how I was doing. I got a called from "The Doctor", not a dental assistant at 9:00 pm at night! This Doctor is a rare jewel. I highly recommend him to anyone.
