Dr. Paul McCluskey is the founder and owner of the Plastic Surgery Institute of Atlanta. He specializes in aesthetic/cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, nose, breast and body. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. He then received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi and completed an internship in Anesthesiology.

After doing some extensive research on a Plastic Surgeon here In Atlanta, I came across Dr. Paul McCluskey and his wonderful Team. After Dr. McCluskey examined my pics he explained to me what type of procedure he recommends for the results that I was looking for. I'm soooo Happy with my RESULTS from a Tummy Tuck MR and Lipo on Flanks. I am currently 7 weeks PO.. Healing is great. Scar is minimal.. My tummy is Flat a little swollen but Flat! Where do I even start.. im not even 2 weeks post op and I feel like 5 million dollars. I had a bbl and my breast done. I left everything in his hands size and what to do. This man is truly an artist. I went to Dr McCluskey for an enbloc explant for breast implant illness. He came highly recommended and I had a fantastic experience. I was really at a low point in my life and I just wanted to start over again. I'm not sure if the implants were causing me to be sick and tired all the time but I wanted them gone. They just never felt like they were part of me. Dr McCluskey gave me many options and I had an enbloc capsulectomy explant and a breast lift. The customer service I have experienced has been nothing but amazing. The phone never goes unanswered and neither do my questions. He did my breast augmentation back in 2017 and I’m still obsessed with them!! He was 100% up front with me about which procedure would give me my desired results, but never pushy like some other surgeons I consulted with! The office staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. McCluskey and his staff are awesome! Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I am so satisfied with my results. Only 2weeks post op... After breast augmentation and liposuction and I'm back at work as a massage therapist. Swelling minimal and incisions are healing very well. I highly recommend this place. They won't disappoint!

I am so satisfied with the work of Dr. McCluskey. Not only is he a nice guy with a great bedside manner, he is a talented surgeon. I really enjoyed his office and his staff are very friendly. I am 36, and really started to notice my fading looks about two years ago, as a bad double chin runs in my family. I was getting to the point where I would go in people's phones and delete pictures of myself. While face timing with my brother, who is 5 years older than me, I decided to do something about it. Scheduling my consultation was quick and easy. However, post-consultation, I needed a little more information: I wanted clarification about one of the procedures Dr. McCluskey and I had discussed, as well as for someone to send some photos (as the website is a bit sparse, and doesn't show-case what I was looking into).

Today was my surgery for breast augmentation. I have to say hands down the best plastic surgeon. He was there the whole step of the way in which I felt super comfortable.
After my surgery, I did not experience any pain but more so pressure and I have to give my stars to the anesthesiologist, staff, and of course my favorite Dr. Mccluskey.
