Great experience! Danielle Madden, helped me with bundling my life, car, and renters insurance with ease. Danielle was very helpful with my bundling transition. My agent retired so my policy was forwarded to this guy. I found out when I called to cancel one of the vehicles on the policy. I called before my automatic payment was scheduled to be drafted, the total amount was drafted I was issued a refund but I also canceled my policy completely to go to another company I've been calling the office only to keep getting short talked, hung up on and the run around from Mr Davis himself. I just want what is due to me.
UPDATE: Mr. Davis reached out and explained that it was miscommunication and the wrong information transferred when my policy was transferred

My mother passed away 6 months ago ... recently checked her phone - and had a voicemail from this agency, dated back in April. Word for word is below:
"Good Afternoon [name], this is Justin Owens with the Christian Davis State Farm Agency here in Bluffton. Giving you a call regarding a proposal I'm trying to get worked up for you and verify that I have everything accurate. Please give me a call back at..."
This is messed up - big time. Leaving a shady voicemail to sound like you are working on something? She's been dead since November. Clearly the agency is cold calling and/or buying a list of
