Eastward is a video production company located in Washington DC and Los Angeles that works with brands and advertising agencies to conceptualize, create, and produce video content for digital and broadcast platforms. Capital One was the first company to give us a line of credit when we were just starting out.
When ISL contacted us about creating social media content for Capital One Spark, we jumped at the opportunity. The story behind this is beyond belief: one of the largest department stores in the UK, John Lewis & Partners, doesn't own the rights to the twitter handle @johnlewis. Our brand marketing film charts Mokhtar's journey to Yemen and back again.

We are a Los Angeles and Washington DC video production company, but we travel light. We work with agencies, as well as directly with brands. But what we make isn't as nearly as important as who makes it. Our greatest strength is our people; we're a team of artists and designers, computer geeks, and film nerds, all with one goal: making work as good as the people we're making it for.

I honestly don't know where you're going to find a better group of guys (maybe there's a lady too?)... Well and they have amazing talent and equipment. I mean, AMAZING equipment. Probably best in the area. Just do yourself a favor and check out their reels. The quality is best of the best. Camera, lenses, they got it all. But yeah, great and talented guys too. They are easy to work with and will give you a high quality product. I did a feature film with them, and it looks absolutely beautiful! And I have friendships that will last a lifetime!

These guys were incredibly quick to help us out with a live performance video shoot that we wanted to do at the Rock & Roll hotel. They brought incredible creative direction to a typically straight forward type of project. Their production and post-production skills are amazing, and their turnaround on our project was incredibly fast. Thank you guys!

Eastward films constantly strives for perfection with awe inspiring output. Every single time I sit down to edit the film we've made together, titled "Don't open your eyes"; I realize just how important a perfectionists eye is to the quality of the film itself. I would recommend their work to anyone without the slightest bit of hesitation and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I have seen Eastward Films in action on several projects ranging from weddings to music videos to features. I was lucky to have one of the members film a behind the scenes video for a photo shoot I was doing at the Willard hotel in DC. I did not need to give any direction in any aspect of the production as I knew I could trust their artistic abilities to produce a special final product. I was blown away by what Jamie did and received nothing but praises and inquiries about who shot the video. This company has the best of both worlds in the sense that they are extremely creative but also very intelligent
