Abound Psychological Services, PLLC is a diagnostic and therapeutic clinic founded on a vision to provide hope and direction to children, teens, and adults from all walks of life. At Abound, we focus on the whole person while providing individualized services to help our clients reach their goals. I moved to Arkansas when I was nearly 6 years old and I've lived in Little Rock most of my life.
Abound provides individual counseling and behavioral therapies for children, teens, and adults. We utilize evidence-based approaches for a variety of mental health and behavioral needs including anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, parenting and relationship problems. Abound consults with parents, teachers, media outlets, and others who need expert advice on mental and behavioral health topics.
