Rob came out and we needed an adapter so he explained how to order it for free and he said once it came in he would come back to install the new thermostat to use with Alexa. He didn’t even charge me trip charge. We need more people like that in the world. I would recommend him to all my neighbors

I can not say enough good things about Rob Roy Mechanical. I couldn't get 2 other plumbers to reply to my emails. Happened to see a RRM truck on my way home and emailed them. Krysta replied right away. She arranged a later appointment for me and had me scheduled the same week. I had a leak under the sink and wanted a new faucet installed. The 2 guys that came were on time, very pleasant and had the whole job done in an hour! They didn't try to make the job bigger to make it cost more.. they found a solution that worked perfectly fine with my existing pipe and a small connector. Leak is gone. Who

We have used Rob Roy Mechanical for our second time now, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them! The office staff are always so friendly and book us with importance & ease. The plumbers are so kind, and they always keep us informed during the whole process. I’ve worked with Rob twice now once to replace the heating elements in my water tank and again to replace the unit once it started leaking. Both times he was professional, did an excellent job, charged a reasonable rate and came as soon as he could. Everyone from reception to the repairmen that I interacted with were friendly and professional. I will definitely do business with him in the future.
