Signed up for weekly dumpster service in October 2018. Over FOUR months later, the dumpster had been picked up TWICE, two (2), times. Extra charges for stuff beside the dumpster... Cameras on the dumpster the whole time. Driver says he can not pick up because someone "moved" the dumpster. Driver says he emptied the dumpster. Driver is a LIAR. Made polite phone calls and get called "ignorant". Don't waste your time or your money... call someone else... Anyone else. Life is to short to deal with the "trash".

Absolutely NO stars!!! Extra charges on my bill several times and I was told it was from an "extra bag" sitting next to my can. Finally I told them they were not allowed to pick up any "extra bags". Then when I cancelled my recycling I received a bill for an "extra month". When I called the woman was very unpleasant, argued with me, lied about me having a can half full of recycling out for the month. She yelled at me and was and rude!!!

I received a bill for $7.00 over 6 months after I had terminated service. When I called to discuss it, I was told to "Shut up." Upon hearing that, I asked to speak with a manager. I was then informed that I was speaking with the OWNER. In expressing my disbelief in what I had just heard, he told to me to "shut up" again and I was hung up on. If that's the way the owner speaks with customers, is there really any hope left for anyone else? I also would give ZERO stars is possible.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a star to begin with because a “one star” is too high a rating. They are unreliable; claimed several times they would pick up their container from us (our landlord wanted us to put things in garbage bags instead) and took weeks and several calls before they finally got it. It sat near rt 15 and I was worried it would be hit and we’d have to pay for damage to the bin (or a car). We also went a week without them coming to pick up our trash! When we called and asked what was going on, they claimed they came by in the morning twice and nothing was out. Funny

I strongly encourage everyone to read these reviews. This business does not even deserve a star. Unbelievably horrible service. EXTREMELY rude customer service lady. Trash not picked up 2 wks in a row. When I called the business number the woman answering the phone was unreal. Wouldn’t allow me to talk, was argumentative and essentially called me a liar as she unprofessionally argued about WHY my Trash was missed. Horrible horrible horrible. I have never been treated so poorly by any company! It started out as a simple misunderstanding and very quickly turned into them proceeding in canceling their service. I ended up switching company the second I got off the phone! I would give them -100 stars if that was possible. There costumer service is lacking in every aspect!
