I have been dealing with hometown disposal since we bought our house almost 6 years ago. Lately they have had very poor service and spotty pickups. It seems like every other week they don't take out garbage. Our garbage is always out by the roadside the night before bagged and waiting to be taken away from our can. Every time we call they make excuses or say that we should take our garbage to the dump and save our receipt so it can be credited. They have yet to make anything right . I'm sorry but this is not acceptable. Our bill is set up for auto pay. You get your money on time always. So I expect

The Hometown Disposal service has been lacking and the pick up times have been later and later. The service is sloppy and residual waste is ALWAYS present when they finally do pick it up. Today, I placed several bags out at 5am and by 10am animals have ripped through 3 bags to which I had to go out and pick it up by hand after being notified by the coder enforcer. I stopped placing the trash out the night before a scheduled pick up because they are unpredictable with their times. There have even been times when the trash wasn't picked up at all and I had to call to remind this company that the
