Pricing is dependent on the Square Footage of the structure and can be up to date 7,500 sqft. This includes structures like Duplexes, Apartments, Townhomes, or anything residential based with more than 2 separate families. We requested and received a home inspection report from Advanced Home Inspections for a house in Longview for which we made a purchase offer. The inspection was meticulous, and the report was thorough and well organized. It itemized all inspected items and stated the condition of them, as well as any suggested additional inspections and recommendations. This report has saved us a lot of money by identifying deficient things (e.g dying furnace, less obvious water leaks, chimney issues, etc.) that we missed when looking at the property. Great customer service too! Thank you!

First off good group of guys came out. Nice and professional, they were the only ones to answer the phone for an inspection in The Longview area so I went with them. They did a decent job on the interior and exterior highlighting all the potential issues and issues but fell short on the inspection of the crawl space.
The gentleman poked his head in and took a few photos and just said the access was to small but it appeared to be good in their. And the supports looked good. He wouldn't crawl in because the entrance was about 12inches and "the standard is 18"). On the exterior there

This is by far the most honest, knowledgeable and professional team we have ever encountered in all our home inspections over the years.
Convenient process, digital access and very timely. They are the professionals in home inspections. Yet, they leave the specialized care to the specialists (HVAC techs, Plumbers.. etc) and don't try to schmoozle you just out of their own ego or to get a booking!
