Dave was very professional and answered all my questions within less than 24-hours. He listened to all my concerns and communicated very well and eased all my concerns. Dave was incredibly thorough and meticulous, and provided a fantastically structured and detailed online report that went above and beyond with detailed images, descriptions, and recommendations. He not only accommodated a weekend inspection, but spent several hours doing due diligence where I have seen other inspectors in and out in an hour on a much larger house (and producing a report with a fraction of the information that Dave produced). He's also super-friendly and communicative, I would strongly recommend him for any of your home inspection needs
