It occurs mostly when doing manual labor but also sometimes sporadically. I had an MRI done and was given a "turtle shell" back brace to wear.

Dave is absolutely amazing! I have never been to a chiropractor but I read the reviews for this place a year and a half ago & decided to pull the trigger and try it since his goal is to get you pain free & to hold an adjustment without constant appointments- AND IT WORKS!
I got in a car accident in 2016 and since then my atlas and axis has been misaligned. I tried PT for 1 year consistently and it helped alittle but not enough. I had complete muscle tension & knots all down my left neck, shoulder, and left side of my back. Low energy levels, and some occasional numbness and tingling in my fingers

Dr. Dave is the best, 100 Stars, I pulled my back out on Sunday and tried to see if it would ease on its own and that didn't happen. By Wednesday I could hardly stand straight, I called and he took me in and adjusted me, it was almost instant relief, not 100% back to normal but I felt a million times better than when I got there. I have been going to Pittsburgh Upper Cervical for over 5 years and it really works, Thank you for your help!!

Dr. Dave has been a Godsend to me. After a couple whiplash injuries in my early 20's, I went to several chiropractors over the years for relief and it worked. Until I began have severe, burning pain down my right arm that became a 10 or higher in pain level. The resolution was fusion of several of my cervical vertebrae. That was 9 1/2 years ago. Last year (2019) I began having severe headaches coming from the occiptal area. I was referred to Dr. Dave who diagnosed me and did one adjustment that made my mind and entire left side scream "FREE".

I’ve been treated by Dr. Dave for over 2 years now and have had an absolutely wonderful experience. I’ve gone to a fair share of chiropractors for over 12 years now and what I love about this practice is the simplicity of the one adjustment or not being adjusted at all. Sure I like being cracked all over (who doesn’t) but Dr. Dave does one simple adjustment and it leaves me feeling wonderful and not feeling like I’m going to have arthritis down the road. I visited Dr. Dave after being faced with a decision of back surgery or another method of healing. In my first visit, Dr. Dave took some photos and educated me on his approach to dealing with my issue. I came back a second time and agreed to the plan of action and he treated me which was followed up by rest in a quiet room. I went back a few more times though only had the one treatment. To my amazement, the issue with the pain that ran from my back down through my right leg had healed over a few weeks time. I previously would have trouble walking when the pain got so bad. After receiving treatment for more than 6 months for pain in my lower back and leg from a well know physical therapist in the Pittsburgh area the pain returned.
