Individual therapy is a process through which youth and adults work one-on-one with a trained therapist-in a safe, caring, and confidential environment-to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.
Angela is the Founder and CEO of Serenity Helping Hands Therapy Center, LLC. Angela is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), a board approved supervisor for social workers, professional counselors and drug and alcohol counselors to which Angela provides clinical supervision. Her style is interactive, collaborative and personable.
