I could not have asked for a better home inspector than Joe!!!! If I could leave six stars, I would! He was very helpful, patient, and very informative. This is my first time buying a house so I was asking some pretty stupid questions but not once did joe ever make me feel like an idiot! Thanks man! Really appreciate what you do!!

Joe did an awesome job. He showed up early. Explained everything, asked if we had any questions through out the whole process. His report was very detailed with pictures and markings of issues and areas that needed more specific attention. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home or commercial inspection.
