Kinda bummed but figured it was a sign. I called this place 2 wks ago to get info on whether or not they would be open thanksgiving wknd bc my mom n I are staying at the nearby motel. I wanted to treat my mom to a massage as an early Xmas present. The lady who answered the phone was not that polite and she didn’t have any info on anything. She just asked me for my name n phone number n said she would have somebody contact me to let me know if they would be open. I still haven’t heard anything back.

Diva Day Spa provides a warm and caring massage. Located on the grounds of the Cavalier Resort, this full service spa is both comfortable and professional. The massage therapists are effective, gentle, but firm.
My wife and myself were treated by Sue and Roxanne. The hour we spent was invigorating and very relaxing. We highly recommend the Diva Day Spa.
The spa also offers hair, nail and makeup services, as well as selling, makeup, hair and other personal products.
Appointments are necessary. This spa can be very busy. Call as far in advance as possible.
Free parking and wheelchair accessible

This year I was joining her and she asked if I would also like a massage. I had my massage with Sue Kwansy.
I asked if she had time to upgrade me to a 90 minute massage and she did.
By far this is one of the best massages I have had! She asked all the right questions on the type of massages I like, she asked if I had any points that she needed to concentrate on
She assured me she was massaging me from head to tell and she did!
She used firm but soothing pressure, hot towels, hot stones and essential oils just

Having moved to the area one year ago I was yet to find a hairdresser able to understand what it was I wanted done to my precious locks. I was feeling desperate when my friend suggested that I see Judy of Diva Day Spa so I threw caution to the wind, paid her a visit and darn if she didn't hit the ball out of the park! I love long layers and she transformed the horrible blunt cut I was sporting into a vision of loveliness. Thank you Judy!

I came here at the recommendation of a friend I was visiting. I got a fabulous massage with Diana - so fabulous, I came back for a second massage during my trip. My friend raved about the other massage therapist, Sue. While I was there, I also bought some tinted moisturizer. When I returned home and tried to use it, it reacted badly with my skincare moisturizer. I could not get it to apply smoothly. I called and, without question, they said to return it. They refunded the full amount the minute they received the product back. It is rare to have the level of customer service that Diva Day Spa demonstrates

This is an amazing salon!!! Everyone there is so kind and so sweet. Emily came out to the parking lot and helped me find the suite when I couldn't find it on my own. They offered my mom and I a drink when we got inside. Then Sherry did my hair for my wedding! I asked for beach waves and boy did she deliver! She did an amazing job. It's breezy and a little rainy out so she put extra hair spray in. My hair is very fine and usually doesn't keep a curl, but I'm holding up great so far! Everyone inside was so friendly. Unfortunately I will be giving this a bad review. My wife having an appointment setup was treated very badly. Day prior she walked in to confirm her appointment and was treated very rudely. The next day she called to say she was running late and again a lady who works there treated her rudely again. All she wanted was to simply get her hair done that was it. For Diva Day Spa please work on your customer service skills better even if you guys are having a bad day

One word... AMAZING. I came here on a vacation with my significant other and we both absolutely loved their hospitality, friendliness and abilities. The girls that massaged us asked us in depth how we'd like to enjoy our time there then used a mixture of warm fragrant towels and oils to ensure we had maximum pleasure. Whether you're staying near by or want to make a trip, this place is worth it! Trust me!

I've always had very sensitive skin with a tendency for my pores to clog. Venetia's facials have worked great for my skin...I leave with my skin fresh and glowing. She uses gentle, natural products and explains everything as she goes. She reviews my regimen with me each time I go in and she makes great suggestions about products and skin care based on what my skin is going through. After just a few sessions I'm noticing great changes in my skin! Venetia is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it's an overall really lovely experience going there.

This is a Hidden Gem that shines brightly in San Simeon. Incredible customer service. I called late in the day looking for a massage, a few calls later and Ute was available. She took the time to listen to my needs, even upgraded to a 90-minute massage. It really was an absolutely amazing massage. I loved the use of stones , her knowledge of anatomy, hot towels, aromatherapy and chocolate at the end!

My grandmother and I were visiting the area for a mini-birthday vacation, and massages sounded like a great addiction to our trip!
This was my first massage and I don't think I could have picked a better place for my first experience.
First of all the way we were approached was wonderful. A very open and welcome feel to this place.
A wonderful ambiance as you're taken back to the individual massage rooms.

My husband and I recently stumbled on Diva Day Spa in San Simeon. What a hidden gem! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They have a large display of products and beautiful jewelry.
I ended up staying to get my hair cut & styled. Rachel was amazing!! I was very happy with the results and am looking forward to going back. My husband also got pampered and had a pedicure.
They have a stunning ocean view. I would highly recommend this spa!!

You know how you walk into a lavishly decorated salon, notice the high-end products on the shelves, and feel instantly put off by the staff? SO NOT the experience here! While the atmosphere at Diva ranks right up there with swanky LA and San Francisco salons (complete with an ocean view that's do die for!), clients are instantly put at ease by the staff's casual rapport, good humor, professionalism, and sincere interest in the needs of their clients. Everyone is special at Diva ... They even host a once-a-year Thank-you party to show us just that!

I LOVE my bi-monthly visit to Diva Day Spa! The staff are so attentive...even while waiting for my service, Esthetician, Christine was helping me with moisturizers for my skin type.
Terry and Barb's massages are out if this world!! You just won't be the same after their treatment :))
My kids and I rotate with the hair stylists and they are very professional and you will walk out the door feeling so refreshed and looking like a superstar!! Annette and Britney color and cut my hair.
They are ALWAYS so accommodating - one time I was desperate for my 15 year old son to have a hair cut
