This is the closest I’ve ever come to getting a tattoo! Julia is very gentle, patient, and professional, she matched my eyebrow color absolutely perfect to my hair. I was so happy with my eyebrows I decided to do the eyeliner. She did and exquisite Job. Initially I thought the cost was a bit high. But you get what you pay for. Could not be happier! !
