We offer individual, group, couples, family therapy, ARD & IPP Evaluations, Anger Management and Drug and Alcohol counseling in Chester County, Pennsylvania and Delaware County, Pennsylvania. We are licensed by the State as a Drug and Alcohol facility to provide DUI counseling in Pennsylvania. Our counseling services are also accepted by other states.
Confidentiality: Everything a client shares in a therapy session is protected by Confidentiality Laws. Pathway Counseling offers special groups for first-time offenders. Clients of Pathway Counseling Services can attend the groups that are most convenient for their schedule. The groups are open-ended therefore clients can start attending as soon as they complete their evaluation.

Services
Pathway Counseling Services is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to provide Drug and Alcohol counseling for both adults and adolescents with legal issues. We are on the licensed provider list for both Delaware and Chester counties. Being we are a licensed facility our program is accepted by other states.
The DUI Group focuses on processing the dynamics between excessive drinking and legal problems, avoiding drinking and driving in the future, dealing with the stress of being arrested and complying with the stipulations required by the court and moving on with their lives. The program emphasizes behavior modification and is aimed at changing behavior problems before they become chronic.
The Anger Management Group focuses on learning the early warning signals of explosive behavior, defusing anger before it gets out of control and developing conflict resolution skills. The group also focuses on identifying situations, factors, and stressors that promote aggressive actions and practicing skills to handle situations in a positive and appropriate manner.
The Adolescent Counseling focuses on avoiding self-destructive behaviors, defusing negative situations before they escalate, expressing feelings and learning impulse control. The counselor educates the clients about the legal consequences of underage drinking and substance use. The counseling sessions are facilitated by Drew Alikakos, M.S., Licensed Psychologist.
