Horrible place to work at. Not a female friendly environment. Several females were paid by Chris Hillsman to delete their bad reviews/experience because Scott Davis does not respect or value females and as well as his fellow coworkers. So a bit of advice to everyone getting their repairs done out of pocket. Inspect the work done thoroughly before making the final payment and make sure to use a credit. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, anything got damaged or soiled, please communicate with the shop immediately. Meanwhile , get another shop to assess the damage and obtain a estimate for the correctional work. The remedies from Greatwood Collision need to be carried out within 30-days for credit card dispute.

I would strongly recommend Greatwood Collision if you ever have an accident. They are professional and transparent with their estimates. They are timely and will follow up with you. They call you before you have to call them. Even 7 months later we had a small maintenance issue that they looked at thoroughly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes with No Charge.

I took my car in for an estimate on Monday due to someone rear ending me. From my perspective the bumper was slightly knocked from under the metal so my initial question was could it be pushed back or were there loose pins. To my suprise the bumper was pushed back into place with no charge. The young man who examined the car however did point out that my bumper guard was cracked which I hadn't previously noticed.

My front bumper slightly hit another car's tires and it left what appeared to be some decent paint damage on my bumper. I took it first to another chain paint/body shop and they quoted me about $200 claiming they would need to take the bumper off etc. etc. I figured i might as well try Greatwood Collision due to their proximity. The gentleman at the front desk came out to look at my car, took out some chemicals and rubbed what was the tire residue from my bumper and now it looks brand new! Thank you for your honesty, its something that is really missing from this industry and it was very refreshing

I had two old and baked-on wide racing strips on the length of my car that I wanted removed along with repair of some rocker panel damage, and some minor bends in my trunk lid I wanted repaired. I also wanted a new front bumper cover because it had been damaged and not well repaired by the previous owner.
Greatwood Collision Center removed the stripes, and as is typical with decals, the surrounding paint was faded and no longer matched.
