Cho's Auto Body Shop began when Kyu Bo Cho bought a parcel of land off Boone Road in 1984. But it really began back in the 1960s, when he was driving buses and studying engineering in his native Seoul, South Korea. At that time, 'getting ahead' in South Korea wasn't easy, and Kyu Bo wanted a better life for his family, so he emigrated to the United States in 1976.
We take pride in providing honest, quality service to all of our customers, and building relationships that last the life of your vehicle or vehicles. We provide body, mechanical and paint services at a reasonable rate and are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. We work on passenger vehicles of all types and some commercial vehicles.

Cho’s Auto Body did a great job with my car body repair. They were quick to get my car in for the repairs, had an accurate estimate ready the same day I brought it in, and the repairs completed in less than a week (which was 2 days earlier than they originally estimated). Attention to detail is Mr. Youngs strong suit. He saw all the damages done to the vehicle faster than I could say them and some I didn't see. I felt very well taken care of here. As always Cho’s is the only body shop in Houston that I’ll trust any of my vehicles to! Young and his team have repaired at least three of them over the years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. As an added bonus, they partner with Progressive and Enterprise so the transaction is smooth and painless. I can even drop my rental car off with Cho’s and head out with my repaired car. Try Cho’s!!

The entire experience was so well-organized - platinum customer service. They were professional and so nice. The body work was great. I found this shop recently, I’m a victim of hit and run, thank you google reviews, I’m not disappointed. Excellent service from the first call with Steve, he put me at ease. I visited the shop where Steve took pictures of the damages to send to my insurance. Eli drove me to the car rental place, Young took over after the drop off, he called me, kept me updated with their work progress, I knew what to expect and the timeline. Let's just say...I asked and Cho's delivered! I was given Cho's from my insurance company, which advised they were top rated. In that same list of top rated shops, they provided a top rated shop closer to me, but they had less than 5 star reviews. I decided to go with Cho's based on the reviews. Like many people with brand new cars, if you get into an accident you are concerned that the car will not look or ride the same, and the repairs will be noticeable. I was blown away for Cho's. They called me and kept me informed, they were up front and honest, they only had my car 4.5 days! The dealership would have probably had it much longer. This was so convenient. They even worked with the enterprise close to them so nicely which really helps out the costumer. My car looked like new once they were done with it. (Fixed bumper and tail light) PLUS they cleaned my car! I never expected that but they did, and I mean really cleaned it! It was the extra touch and them going above and beyond!! I was introduced to this business January 2020 when someone backed into my SUV, Cho's Auto & Body Shop did an amazing job at getting my vehicle repaired and even allowed me to leave my Enterprise rental with them and returned it for me as they have a professional relationship with the Enterprise in their area. My daughter's car was hit by an uninsured motorist. We took her RAV4 over to Cho's wiTh damage to front, front right fender, and both passenger doors. My daughter was devastated, but assured by manager that it would look better than new. We just thought he was being nice to my daughter.
We picked it up and was a surprised at how amazing her car looked! The people, the way they communicated, and overall experience was exceptional!

Great customer service and finished work! I brought my explorer in after an accident and they fixed the body and matched color perfectly. Moreover, they even buffed out any existing scuffs on the car that weren't even in the same vicinity as the accident repairs. They were very timely with the repairs and ensured I was happy with the results before I left the shop. Would definitely go here again for any body repairs on my vehicles.

This repair shop offered EXCELLENT service. I was having my car repaired because of an accident and they went above and beyond. Not only they fixed what it was covered by the insurance but also any other scratches in my car. I went to pick it up after just four days and the car looked awesome. They cleaned the inside and outside and the repair was really well done. The staff is friendly and professional and they always make sure you're happy with their service. They offered the possibility to leave the rental car there, which is very cony. I definitely recommend this shop.

Recently my less than a year old Toyota Tacoma was rear ended and I was devastated. It was my dream car that I take care to make sure it is in pristine condition so when someone destroyed the back of it I was a wreck (no pun intended ha). After a short waiting period I was contacted by insurance and told to take my car to somewhere they told me to but I told them, "No, I'd like to do some research for a place I trust. Even though it was thru my insurance to repair car , it was smooth transaction and in and out.
He said he has been there since 80's and many cars are coming in to be repaired. Cost is not sure compared to others since it is thru insurance and I am not familiar with repair cost.
But job was fantastic, like new and transaction was so fast, had great experiences. thank you Young!!
