Dr. Carlos Rodriguez, MD Internist, Primary Care Doctor Dr. Rodriguez is a board-certified, highly rated, and experienced internal medicine and primary care physician. Very polite and well mannered, great listener, answered all of my questions, enhanced doctor-patient skills and was very inclusive about my thoughts/opinions for best treatment plan.

Dr Carlos and the nurses are great but the front desk staff are highly incompetent and rude. It’s not even worth attempting to see anyone here if you have to deal with them. I’ve been 4 times and every time they’ve screwed something up and then had an attitude instead of taking responsibility. Such a huge disappointment. Stay away.
EDIT: received notification from the portal saying my lab results had came back but received no call from the doctor or nurse to review them with me. I called and was told by the front desk that the doctor noted recommendations on my chart based on the results

Don't even bother to call the office. A very rude and disgraceful women answers the phone, I told her why I'm calling, and vaguely what I'm looking for. She then rudely told me "well there is Dr so and so located at so and so, and the next available date is Monday. First of all, did I tell you I'm looking to come in for anything? Did you find out what exactly I needed done? She had no understanding as to why I'm calling but she recommended me to someone. She then placed me on hold after I told her how rude and incompetent she was, she then place me on hold and never got back to the phone. Smh,
