Arwa Salti is Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She is meticulously attentive to detail and fiercely devoted to ongoing education. Salti found herself first learning aesthetics back in 1995 when she was an MD oversees. Working as a hospitalist, she was inspired by a renowned plastic surgeon who mentored her as her passion for aesthetic medicine quickly deepened.
Anti-wrinkle injections in the facial muscles reduce frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet to provide a younger, youthful, and more appealing appearance. Botox and Dysport contain a safe, FDA approved synthetic protein Botulinum Toxin A. The three products provide equally effective results. The office is a quaint, clean space that is inviting. The masked faces that greet you from behind the desk and the procedure room are happy to see you and very welcoming. I was provided with the opportunity to ask any and all questions I may have had. If I could offer one bit of suggestions to the team, providing a fact sheet or frequently asked questions she either prior to the visit via email or during the visit to offer information us newbies didn’t think to ask could be something help ease any fears or uncertainties we may have. But coming prepared with questions is always advised as well

Update: two weeks after the second treatment, my right jaw is still bigger than the left side. They told me to see a doctor and refuse to take responsibility.
I have done this multiple times in China. Except for one time, the rest were perfectly done, so I know that I don't need to see any doctor, but rather this is an unreliable place. Maybe that's why they can do cheaper.
Is this a dishonest place? Help me out!
Waited for two weeks for the follow up appointment because my jaw muscles are still uneven after the first treatment, and the only difference is the uneven side is flipped. She recommended

I absolutely loved the fillers and botox I had done here about 9 months ago. I went back this last September for botox but it didn’t last even a month. I have tried to get back in for a recheck and to purchase more however I was not charged a $50 appt fee before and now for a recheck that hasn’t lasted they are wanting $50 to schedule? I understand the fee I just don’t understand why it’s being charged for a recheck on why it is not working like before? Their policy is after 6 weeks botox is half gone which is not true! All other places it lasts at least 4 months on me

I scheduled an appointment for laser tattoo removal and it was cancelled about 3 days prior due to an emergency. They very politely rescheduled me and when I couldn’t make it to the rescheduled appointment they politely scheduled me again even tho I had asked to reschedule in under 24 hours. I showed up to my appointment the following week and was 15 min late. They still made time to see me which I was very thankful for. (I was late because the appointment was after work). The tech did a great job at the laser removal and it was a quick and easy procedure (although still painful lol). This is

SERIOUSLY HAPPY WITH MY NEW LOOK. I have sort of a big fatter lower face which, deep down, has always affected my self esteem. I've spent a lot of money in the past trying to improve this but nothing really worked so I just about gave up. Until my friend recommended Dr. Salti. When I consulted with her, she was direct and offered me a realistic plan of a few treatments over the course of 6 months. I was hesitant given my unsuccessful previous attempts but I thought I'd give her plan a shot. It was a combination of fillers, kybella, Botox and a couple of threads. There’s some bad reviews on here and I don’t really get why. I called about a consultation to get a tattoo removal done with the Groupon discount about a week ago and had my consult this morning & she even was able to do the first session today. I was 5 minutes late and they were completely chill about it. It’s a really embarrassing tattoo and i felt no judgement which I really appreciated because it’s honestly mortifying. The laser didn’t even hurt as bad as everyone says and my tattoo was literally on my face. Instant results. One session actually almost completely removed it I only

I started getting preventive Botox with Cosmetiq. I loved 😊. Then I got lip filler with Dr. Salti. I had 2 syringes of Juvéderm back-to-back. My lips look amazing. I was always self-conscious about my lips. Now I don’t even need to wear lip stick. Then I purchased a package of 6 treatments for laser hair removal. I was overly impressed with the results after the third treatment. I went and started another 2 large areas. I cannot believe that I do not need to wax or shave again. The doctor has a great aesthetic eye, and the technicians are very calming and understanding to my needs
