A graduate from Northern Arizona University and the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Adam Maddox is a very established professional in the field of integrative anti-aging and aesthetic medicine with a special interest in Botox, Restylane and Testosterone Replacement therapy for men to name a few.

Everyone at Thrive was so nice and friendly and made me feel super comfortable and special. What really stood out to me was Dr. Maddox's honesty during my appointment. A friend who looks amazing recommended Dr. Maddox for Botox and I'm grateful. I look younger but still expressive, so I feel and look happier. He's made a couple suggestions for other services, but never pushy and very respectful of budget and boundaries. I found the office staff could be cold or unresponsive in the past but lately it's been great and I like the new space.
