I paid $75 for an appointment but I've already told them that I had liposuction and I wanted to remove access fat that they told me to come in and I spoke with the specialist and she told me I had to wait so I got naked and had to show them the parts that were uncomfortable showing and it was all for nothing and they charge me $75 with no refund..... this place just wants your money.... I would definitely choose a different place in the bay area......

I called to find out what services they had and the front fest manager is just completely rude, she comes off as if she knows it all, and rude and has such a ego I think she needs to humble herself at the same time people are coming to this place for help she the front desk manager doesn’t need to be rude and discredit other esthetician just because she has a medical “assistant “ degree
