I had a problem with my items saying they were delivered when they weren't. I spoke to the owner and they clarified everything. Within 2 days my package actually was delivered and I was so excited! She packaged a couple extra things and made sure that the packaging was amazing. Everything is natural and makes your skin feel nice. The lotions are amazing and I haven't tried the soaps as they're gifts but they smell so good. Thank you so much! I will definitely shop from you more often
