I had batteries installed along side my existing solar system and Sarah was the rep that helped me with the process. She's knowledgeable and client-oriented. From questions about the process to financing the project to questions about the batteries themselves, she covered it all in a timely manner. We're very with all it all turned out.

Sarah came down to my house to do a quote. I agree with others that she seemed very knowledgeable and detail oriented. My complaint is with the quote and how misleading it is . It bothers me and I wonder how many homeowners look into this more to see if this is accurate in their situation or not.
For my situation the numbers seemed way off. It was a simple 2 page quote that claimed I would save over $100,000 over 30 years. It claimed I would save over $30,000 in electricity bills over 30 years but there is a problem here because this estimate assumes that it would eliminate my bill when in fact

Outstanding appointment with Charles, we are all in for solar, but had some reservations as to what company to go with. Charles went far beyond any expectations i may have had. He was prompt, and answered every question I had, never felt like he was just there to sell me something. He was generally interested in our needs and even had to make a return trip to make sure everything was exactly correct. We were so impressed with him personally and the company ‘s interest in our needs we have gone with them as our solar company, i will update if i can after the installation but so far i an totally
