Through collaboration with local historians and Historical Societies, the present-day owners have dedicated themselves to sharing a piece of early American history with their visitors. White Chimneys is an 18th century Pennsylvania manor house that began as a one room stone house. Over the centuries, the mansion has evolved through colonial and Federal time periods with many additions from successive generations.
Rooted in history, White Chimneys has allowed the footprints of the past and is committed to the sustainability of the footprints of the future. We love to share our treasure with our Lancaster County neighbors and visitors! The White Chimney's 10-acre property remains in agricultural zoning and is named on the National Registrar of Historic Places.
White Chimneys brings to life the wedding of your dreams. The pergola and roses of the South Garden are ready to host you and your guests with a fantastic view of traditional Lancaster County. You may choose a small intimate ceremony or larger ceremony up to 250 guests. Additionally, you may select from a large variety of antique horse-drawn carriages to incorporate into your ceremony and pictures.
By popular requests, the original tobacco barn of the White Chimneys Estate has been carefully renovated to expand event options. Our standard decr of thousands of twinkle lights and grapevines grace the open beams as a romantic reminder of a simpler time. This makes an excellent foundation to personalize your own reception or event.
At White Chimneys, we know that traditions are so important. Following one such bridal tradition, we offer separate dressing areas for the bride and groom to be able to honor the tradition of not seeing each other pre-ceremony. Our staff is eager to secretly escort the bride and her attendants to the private garden area where the garden gates are dramatically opened at the moment the music swells to announce their arrival.

We had the very best experience with White Chimneys! Besides the venue being absolutely beautiful (no seriously, I lost my breath the first time Jessica opened the fence doors to the garden), the staff is great and really allows you to customize your ceremony and reception however you want it. Jessica was wonderful from start to finish and was always kind, helpful & always willing to answer our questions. Our day of coordinator Patty was fantastic. She was so on the ball with keeping everything organized and running smoothly. She really helped us feel at ease on the big day, which is so reassuring

My daughter (and now son-in-law) were married at White Chimneys last Sunday! It was the most beautiful venue. All of the guests were in awe of how amazing this venue was. The grounds are kept so well and all of the landscape was gorgeous. The bridal suite was a huge bonus and we enjoyed getting ready in such a beautiful space!

Spectacular!!! We got married at White Chimneys 8/28/21 and it was everything I imagined and more! Jessica, the owner of the venue, was so much help throughout the planning process. She was easily reached and quick to respond. Once you book they give you a binder that helps you plan all the big and little details you need for the big day. They have a multitude of rentals available helping you avoid having to purchase items you’ll only need for your wedding day.

White Chimneys is a beautiful place to get married! We enjoyed the garden and rustic vibe of the venue with a touch of European sophistication. Many of my guests complemented that the wedding was one of the most beautiful they have ever been to and it’s very budget friendly. This was our absolute dream venue and I really couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The atmosphere, amenities, and staff are amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful, clean, and put together the venue was and we were told by many it was the best wedding they've ever been to (even coming from past DJs who have attended hundreds of weddings). Get married at White Chimneys! If you are considering touring this venue - do it! From the first day that we toured here Jessica was so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions, probably too many; busy or not, she answered them all. They did all this while not pressuring us into doing anything and supporting whatever choice we made. I married the love of my life here two days ago. The grounds were beyond stunning, everything went perfectly, the entire day exactly how we wanted. Jessica, Beth, Miriam, the entire staff and groundskeeper were super attentive, couldn't have been more helpful...they know how to host a beautiful wedding and how to have a great time. even her father and brother were on hand to charm us and enjoy the day with us and make us feel like we were home. If you're even remotely considering having an event here, do yourself a favor and don't hesitate.

We had my daughter's wedding here in Sept. 2018! It is a gorgeous setting with many areas to take beautiful photos on site. The ceremony was held outdoors, cocktails in the tent and the reception in the beautifully restored barn. Everything took place on site with no guests having to drive here and there.
The staff was amazing! Sweet, professional and extremely detail oriented.
The surrounding countryside is charming and breathtaking. Many of our guests stayed for the weekend to shop at the many Amish farms and antique stores.

Dream venue I had my wedding here June 10 and everything couldn't have been more perfect. It was the fairytale wedding I was hoping for, and didn't break the bank like the rest of the venues I looked at would have. Jessica, the owner, is amazing. She's attentive, caring, helpful, and truly invested in making your day special. The outdoor area is so dreamy for the ceremony and the barn was the perfect rustic space I was searching for (but with a hint of glamour with the chandeliers!). Couldn't recommend this place more... I rave about it to all my engaged friends.

What a beautiful place to have an outdoor wedding ceremony! The pillars, fountain, white fences, and scenic view behind the pillars, is something out of a book. There is a tent for days when it rains, but cross your fingers for a warm sunny day because its just simply stunning to watch two people join their hands in marriage at this location.
