Detailed timeline of all events including rehearsal, ceremony and reception with checklist sent to bridal, party, family and vendors. Ceremony and reception coordination, time line, itinerary for wedding participants, complete with comprehensive "ready for anything" emergency kit. Responsibility to handle any challenge, ensuring that the wedding couple, family and guests are able to RELAX and enjoy this memorable investment.
I am so so so thankful I found Lori. We just loved working with her! Leading up to the wedding, whenever I was stressed or had questions, she was always there to answer my emails/texts and to calm me down. When my mom couldn't attend meetings with me, Lori was there. I knew I could trust her. She has so much experience, always knew the questions to ask other vendors, and always thought of the things I never would have.
Lori was absolutely amazing! From day one, Lori was on top of it - answering questions, texts, phone calls and emails, not only from myself, but from my parents as well! She checked in with me periodically as the planning progressed, provided recommendations and necessary encouragement. As our wedding day got closer, she touched base with our vendors, created a weekend timeline and made sure everything ran smoothly.

We are so happy that Lori and her assistant Michelle Rene were with us on our wedding day! While we were planning, Lori was very easy to contact and frequently touched base with us to check if we had any questions or if we needed suggestions. Lori was a pivotal part of our day, basically anticipating our needs before we even realized what they… were! Her assistant made sure that the entire bridal party was dressed perfectly, ironing and steaming all of our dressing and even quickly repaired a groomsman’s jacket and a bridesmaid’s dress. Lori helped keep the event on schedule

When it came to selecting our Day of Coordinator I could think of no one other than Lori Hemphill! She is a family friend, but beyond that she has an amazing eye for design and is outstandingly organized. Lori is amazing! I can't thank her enough for all of the little "fires" she put out on the day of our wedding. She handled everything professionally and still made sure everyone was having fun! She is the person you want by your side when the surprise dilemmas pop up- and trust me, no matter how well you plan, they will! She's worth her weight in gold!
