So grateful to Always Be Recycling for providing such a needed service in our community! They are a pleasure to work with and make recycling many products easy to do!

Rude, crass, and disrespectful. Employees had a lot of negative and angry things to say about other customers regarding parking, weigh-ins, metals It is NEVER acceptable for a customer service rep to talk badly about customers behind their back and in front of another customer. One employee interrupted me multiple times while he was scolding me for having two chipotle lids mixed in with cans. I didn't bother scolding him for not having a proper can handler machine so they could pay a fair price for cans. First and last visit to this business.

Hours of operation say open till 12 noon on Saturday. Get there at 11:50 with a truck load of scrap already had the gate locked. Was informed you must be here 15 minutes prior to closing. Wont ne using them again

Always trying to scam you. Low prices and they lie about the weight of their baskets. Beware .

Been here about a dozen times. The employees are fast, they keep it movin! The prices are always the better than anyone else around here. It a small place so don't bring your truck load of unseparated trash. Not a junkyard! And yes, they CLOSE at 16:30. You're not pulling up at 16:25 and getting in. I'm sure they wanna go home on time too!

Forget four thirty. if you're not there at four thirteen when dude starts to close the gate, he won't stop so you can come in. count on that.

Better make sure you get there well before the closing time. I have had the gate shut in my face as I was pulling in at fifteen minutes before closing. Completely inexcusable in my opinion
