Brandon and Tony came to our home to clean our barrel tile roof and detail our gutters and downspouts. They were on time and we’re very diligent about the work they were doing. They were respectful and paid attention to detail. If there was a question they had they didn’t hesitate to ask me or if I had one they responded to it immediately. They were aiming to please. They were as careful as possible covering our plants on a very windy day. Tony tried hard to water down any areas that may have escaped the covers. I would hire them again.

About three weeks ago, I saw the work that was being done by two people employed by A Plus Soft Wash. I could not believe their non-stop diligent and thorough performance.
We had just moved into this house on a corner with two big, stained concrete driveway and sidewalks and patio and more. UGLY!!! So, one of the highest priority "To-Do" jobs was to clean it up. So, when I saw these gentlemen had finished that job and were about to leave, I rushed over to get things rolling. That was my next surprise! Requested quote on their website , received estimate quickly by email that included cost, explanation of products used, reviews, copies of insurance policy. I emailed back wanted roof cleaned, reply in less than one minute. Crew showed up yesterday on time, nice guys, inspected roof before cleaning showed me pics of before cleaning. I have a white cement tile roof that is bright white now, can’t wait to get rest of house painted, roof pops now. I wish all contractors were this easy to do business with.

None of this business bs of "my boss told me to tell you that if it takes longer than he qouted that it's going to cost more"... NOT! While the technician was a nice young man when he informed me what 'The Boss' told him to tell me that I shut the job down!!! Like I'm going to trust a company with that kind of mentality?!?
